These terms and conditions were updated on September 13, 2023 and apply to all purchases made from this date.

Ticketmaster provides tickets, among other things, via its Internet service ("Ticketmaster.se"), hereinafter the Service, through which you can book and buy tickets for events, including events that are streamed to you as a buyer.

1.1 Responsibility for the event
As for the actual events, Ticketmaster is only the issuer of tickets and agent for promotors, arenas and organizers. Tickemaster is therefore not responsible for the event as such. Ticketmaster is therefore not responsible for the implementation of the events, or their quality and content, and is thus also not responsible for any financial compensation due to or linked to, for example, canceled / rescheduled events or other shortcomings linked to the events. In the case of streamed events, the organizer, not Ticketmaster, is responsible for the connection, transmission and streaming. All questions or requirements concerning the event itself and its implementation must be directed to the arena / organizer. More specific information about the arena / organizer and the special conditions that apply to a specific event are given in connection with the booking / purchasing of tickets.

1.2 Personal use
Tickets may only be purchased for personal use and may not be used commercially. This means that tickets may not be purchased and / or resold for commercial purposes. Tickets may also not be offered in competitions or in connection with the offer of another product or service without the written consent of Ticketmaster and / or the responsible arena / organizer. If the event has restrictions on the number of tickets per purchase and customer, the maximum number may not be exceeded.

1.3 My account
To be able to use the Service, you must have a username and password. You get this by registering on the website. You are responsible for keeping the username and password secret. This is important because you will be responsible for all orders and other actions that take place using the username and / or password. This also applies even if someone is unauthorized who has used the username and password. It is up to you to check that all personal information added when creating an account is correct. Ticketmaster does not check this information and does not answer that it is correct. In the event of an incorrectly entered postal address, tickets and Collector Tickets will instead be sent as e-tickets via email.

1.4 My bookings
It is up to you as a customer to check that your booking is correct (correct postal and email address, correct event, correct number, correct arena, etc.) and that you have received your ticket well before the event starts.

1.5 Canceled or rescheduled events
As a ticket buyer, you are responsible for checking whether an event has been canceled or been rescheduled. If events are canceled or rescheduled, you should contact the responsible arena / organizer immediately. The arena / organizer is responsible for questions and decisions about, for example, redemption of tickets. Following a decision by the organizer / arena, Ticketmaster may in certain cases, on behalf of the organizer, redeem tickets for canceled events. In the event of a canceled or rescheduled event, where the redemption of the ticket is approved by the organizer / arena, any service / distribution fees will not be refunded.

1.5.1 Festival Tickets
Tickets for festivals are only sold for the entire festival and not for individual artists and performances. Tickets can therefore not be redeemed at canceled or changed program points.

1.5.2 Value checks
In connection with rescheduled and canceled events, you as a ticket buyer can be offered a value check as compensation for the ticket value, a decision on whether a value check is offered is made by the responsible organizer / arena. The value check received can then be used to buy tickets for events that are set up by the same organizer as for the rescheduled event and are listed on Ticketmaster Sweden's website.

1.6 Loss of ticket
Lost tickets will not be reimbursed. If you choose e-ticket as the delivery method, you can print a new ticket yourself via My Account. Please note that e-tickets has a built-in security system that only allows entry once per ticket. You are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is correctly stated at the time of purchase. In the event of an incorrectly entered postal address, tickets and Collector Tickets will instead be sent via email as an e-Ticket.

1.7 Service and distribution fees
In addition to the ticket price, a service fee may be added and in some cases also a distribution fee.
Per order payment fees may apply depending on digital payment method used.

1.8 Purchases that contravene set conditions
Ticketmaster reserves the right to cancel a booking or purchase and with immediate effect close a customer account if you as a ticket buyer do not provide correct information about yourself or otherwise violate or attempt to circumvent Ticketmaster's terms when buying tickets. This applies, among other things, if you book or buy more tickets than allowed or buy tickets for commercial use. In the event of cancellations for such a reason, the service fee and any distribution fees will not be refunded. Ticketmaster may also decide not to refund the ticket price paid either. You are responsible for ensuring that user IDs and passwords are stored securely, and that no unauthorized person can access the information.

1.9 Right of withdrawal of ticket purchase
The rules on the right of withdrawal in the Act (2005: 59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises (the Distance Contracts Act) do not apply to the purchase of event tickets. Once payment has been made, you are therefore bound by your purchase. However, you can cancel a booking until payment has been made. Keep in mind, however, that if you choose Klarna or a similar payment solution, as a payment alternative, the choice of this alternative is to equate with card or bank payment and payment has thus been made through the choice of payment alternative, even if the invoice is to be paid at a later time. However, the right to cancel your purchase may exist according to the rules of Fan Guarantee (see below).

1.9.1 Right of withdrawal - Ticketmasters Fan Guarantee
Ticketmaster offers you a right to cancel in certain cases - ie cancel your ticket purchase - a service we call "Fan Guarantee", hereinafter referred to as the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal of purchase means that in return for waiving the ticket, we refund the ticket price excluding service fees and other possible fees. The right of withdrawal only applies to tickets and not to other products and services (eg additional sales products) that you may have purchased from Ticketmaster. In the following cases, you can not use the Fan Guarantee to cancel your ticket purchase;
  • If your booking concerns previously reserved tickets, donations, annual passes, subscriptions, VIP tickets, lodges, Platinum tickets, discounted tickets, multi-day events or other packaged tickets.
  • If you have transferred the ticket to another person.
  • If you have bought the ticket on Ticketmaster Resale.
  • If the booking was made at a Ticketmaster representative other than ticketmaster.se or via Ticketmasters Call Center.
  • If you have purchased the ticket at the organizer's ticket office or agent.
  • If you paid all or part of your purchase with a value check.
  • If the ticket refers to an event, for which the organizer has chosen that no right of withdrawal shall apply, and you have made the booking on the day of the ticket release.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must request this no later than 14 days before the event's start date and also within 24 hours after you purchased the ticket. This means that if you bought the ticket less than 14 days before the day of the event (or the event start date), you can not cancel the ticket purchase / booking.

To exercise the right to cancel your booking - you must fill out the form found here; Fan Guarantee.
We do our best to confirm your request within three business days and to process your request within five business days. The following rules apply to the right of withdrawal with Fan Guarantee:

(a) All tickets in your order must be canceled. It is therefore not possible to cancel the purchase of individual tickets in an order.
(b) If the tickets, when you make your cancellation, have already been sent or handed out, the shipping / postage cost or other distribution costs will not be refunded.
(c) You must return the original tickets to Ticketmaster upon request before your request can be processed and completed.
(d) The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain events. It appears from the information about the specific event.
(e) The right of withdrawal can only be used once per household and calendar month and only three times per household during a twelve-month period.

It may take up to 14 days from your request for us to process your refund. Repayment is made in the manner in which the purchase was made.
Ticketmaster has the right to refuse to exercise the right of withdrawal if you have in any way violated the terms of purchase.

1.10 Donation
As a ticket buyer, you have the opportunity, when booking or purchasing for certain events, in connection with the purchase to give a donation / gift to the organizer, artists or other recipient that is stated on Ticketmaster's website at the time of booking / purchase. Donation is not covered by the right of withdrawal via Fan Guarantee.

1.11 Exchange / Upgrade of tickets
Ticketmaster offers you the opportunity to exchange and upgrade tickets provided that there are tickets available at the time of purchase and there are at least 7 days left until the event in question. Exchange / upgrade can only be done for tickets with the same or higher price for the same event. In some cases, it is possible to change to a different time and / or different date for the same event.
An extra fee is charged for both upgrades and exchanges. In some occasions, new tickets may have to be paid for before the original ticket is refunded. Original service fees are non-refundable.

1.12 Ticket Transfer
Ticketmaster offers the "Ticket Transfer" service for many events. Ticket Transfer means that you as a ticket buyer can forward your tickets to someone else, a family member or friend, who will use the ticket. This is done by logging in to your Ticketmaster account and following the instructions. Ticket Transfer is intended to be used to forward tickets to friends and family; you should only pass on tickets to people you know and trust. Through Ticket Transfer, you can forward both tickets you have bought yourself and tickets you have received from someone else who has used Ticket Transfer. By using Ticket Transfer, you make it easier for the person receiving the ticket to use the ticket to enter the event. The purchase of the ticket is not affected and the terms of purchase still apply between Ticketmaster and the person who originally purchased the ticket, regardless of how many times the ticket is forwarded with Ticket Transfer. However, all conditions that apply to the actual use of the ticket apply, even to the final recipient / user of the ticket. Ticket Transfer can only be used for tickets and not for additional sales items purchased in packages together with tickets. Ticketmaster has the right to cancel and cancel all tickets forwarded with Ticket Transfer if we have reason to suspect that they have been obtained fraudulently, illegally or otherwise in violation of the terms of purchase for tickets, these rules on Ticket Transfer, or other applicable terms. You can cancel a Ticket Transfer invitation but only if you do so before the recipient has accepted your invitation to receive a ticket.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When using Ticket Transfer, once the recipient has accepted your invitation, you will not be able to
(i) use your original ticket for admission to the current event;
(ii) cancel or otherwise recover the forwarded ticket (as the recipient receives a new ticket with a new barcode); or
(iii) use our Fan Guarantee (right of withdrawal) for that ticket. If a ticket is forwarded several times with Ticket Transfer, only the last received ticket is valid at the entrance to the event. The barcodes on all previous tickets will be canceled and these tickets will thus be invalid.

If an event is canceled, rescheduled or substantially changed, the original purchaser of the ticket must contact the organizer / arena as specified in the section canceled or rescheduled events.
Ticketmaster will only send out information about changes to the event to the original buyer of the ticket. It is therefore the responsibility of the original purchaser to keep all recipients of tickets forwarded with Ticket Transfer up to date with the information provided by Ticketmaster to the original purchaser.
Ticketmaster's obligations linked to completed purchases apply to the original buyer who paid for the ticket, obligations regarding access to tickets and admission to events apply to the ticket holder, the recipient of the ticket, provided that Ticket Transfer has been used and all conditions have been complied with.

1.13 Verified Fan
In collaboration with organizers / arenas, Ticketmaster offers priority for ticket purchases on special campaign occasions, where you as a buyer have the opportunity in advance to register your interest in buying a ticket as a real fan, a so-called Verified Fan. When deciding who should be given priority, the following criteria are used:
  • • In order to assess whether you are qualified to have access to a pre-purchase code as a Verified Fan, we will ask you to provide information about yourself (which we call "authorization information"). All information provided, the eligibility information, will be used to determine if you, in our opinion, are a real fan, so-called. "Verified Fan". As part of the assessment, the authorization information is transferred to a third party who, on our behalf, analyzes and verifies the authorization information.
  • • On the basis of the eligibility information, we will also make an assessment of whether you will try to buy tickets for commercial and / or fraudulent purposes and / or if you may otherwise violate the conditions that apply to this pre-purchase or other terms at Ticketmaster.
  • • To make the assessment, we create a profile for you using the authorization information you have provided and any information from your Ticketmaster account, if you have an account. The assessment is based on a number of criteria, including your previous Ticketmaster purchases and the analysis and verification of the authorization information you have provided.
  • • The outcome of our assessment of your profile determines whether you will have access to this pre-purchase and be part of the pre-purchase selection process.
  • • Ticketmaster reserves the right, at its sole discretion and completely without responsibility, to decide at any time whether you have the right to be involved in the selection process to obtain access to pre-purchase codes or not. We do this to best offer tickets to real fans.
  • • We process your personal data in accordance with our personal data policy. When you register, we also collect information about you on behalf of the artist's administration, promoter and record company. We may also share the information with them so that they can administer the event and conduct marketing in accordance with their personal information policy.
