Ikoniska sångerskan, låtskrivaren, musikern, skådespelerskan och artisten Dolly Parton meddelar att turnén ”Blue Smoke World Tour” tar sig över Atlanten nästa sommar för konserter i Europa.

Fredagen den 11 juli intar hon Ericsson Globe i Stockholm.

Dolly släpper snart sitt nya album ”Blue Smoke”. Albumet består av helt nytt material och inom kort meddelas vilket datum albumet släpps, på Dolly Records.

“Every time I come to Europe I’m just as excited as I was my very first time, which was many, many years ago. I love that part of the world and I especially love the fans,” Dolly fortsätter “We always have such a good time and I’ve put together a lot of things for this show that I think the fans will love. We had not planned to come back so soon, but we got so much fan mail and such a great reaction that I thought ‘Well, why not. If they’re having a good time and we always do, let’s just do it’.”

Senast hon turnerade var 2011 då hon gjorde sin mest framgångsrika Europeiska och Australiensiska turné någonsin under hennes 45-åriga karriär. Under turnén innan den, 2008, spelade Dolly för 170.000 fans bara i Europa på 17 konserter – detta slog hennes tidigare rekord från 2007 då hon spelade för 140.000 fans i Europa på 21 konserter. Detta gör henne till den absolut största och mest framgångsrika country-artisten i Europa.
